University Bin Vote 2013: an experimental online education, networking and motivation campaign

Aston University (33.3%) won the University Bin Vote 2013 for the smartest (out of the five bins below). The University of Westminster (26.2%) and Kingston University (20.2%) became second and third respectively.

#UniBinVote was an experimental online education, networking and motivation campaign conducted by The Sustainable University (SU) One-stop Shop in February 2013 for promoting recycling in universities and it attracted 84 votes. As the campaign heated, useful links related to waste and recycling were shared too. Among them were:
The Story of Stuff Project
Why recycling matters
10 Super-Saver Recycling Secrets
Recycling food waste
Recycling bank locator

For more useful links, please search for #UniBinVote on Twitter.

The five bins were the smartest ones that the founder of the SU One-stop Shop has come across in his numerous visits to universities in the UK.

Thank you very much for all who have voted on this #UniBinVote experiment!
